Our team collaborated with a renowned coffee scientist and RD2 Vision from France to develop an innovative and agricultural scientific process from farm to your cup.

We sent samples of the coffee beans to the United States Department of Agriculture and they have confirmed our claims of its rare variety.

Estates
The Guyana coffee boutique estates are located in a secluded and pristine untouched area of the Rainforest in Guyana, South America.
Processing
100% free of GMOs, naturally grown, sustainable and socially responsible.
Our rare Rainforest coffee cherries are inspected and hand picked.
The “Wet Process” is used to produce ultra premium green coffee beans.
The premium green beans are inspected, examined and only the best beans are exported.
Green beans are inspected by regulators of the Ministry of Agriculture of Guyana. Only upon approval are beans certified for export.Transport
Green beans are stored in GrainPro post harvest bags that have been engineered to maintain the highest quality and freshness.
Scientific Roasting
Premium green coffee beans are roasted in our faculty using state of the art equipment. A scientific and proprietary approach is used in our roasting process.
Our Guyana coffee is never bitter, as our expert roasters limit the levels of the chlorogenic acid lactone and phenylindanes, both of which are antioxidants found in roasted coffee that is the cause of a bitter taste in coffee. This has been identified by chemists in the United States and Germany with the American Chemical Society being the source of these findings.
Beans, after roasting are stored in air-tight containers to ensure quality and freshness, producing a coffee considered the best in the World.Delivery
To maintain freshness and quality, coffee is roasted in batches as per orders and stored in airtight containers to fulfil orders.

The history of the coffee industry in this region dates back to 1721. This coffee is unlike any coffee you ever had, made from a rare type of coffee bean that most of the world is unfamiliar with, much less tasted.
